Infusing is a great way to add a flavor-punch to any beverage. It can be a subtle hint of flavor or even an unexpected burst! Have you ever thought to use an apple to add flavor to your water? We promise it’s both refreshing and packed with heart-healthy antioxidants.
- 1/4 apple, sliced thinly
- 1 to 2 cinnamon sticks
- 32 oz. of cold water
- Cover apple and cinnamon with cold water in a bottle or jar and place mixture in fridge.
- Infuse for 4-24 hours.
- Let sit at room temp for a half an hour before drinking.
